NOB1在宫颈癌患者中的表达及其与预后的相关性分析
Expression of NOB1 in cervical cancer patients and its correlation with prognosis
【摘要】 目的 探讨NOB1在宫颈癌患者中的表达及其与预后的相关性。方法 收集2018年1月至2020年3月期间在湖北民族大学附属民大医院进行手术治疗的121例宫颈癌患者术中切除的宫颈癌组织标本作为研究对象,同时选取121例良性宫颈疾病的正常组织标本作为对照。收集所有宫颈癌患者FIGO分期、淋巴结转移等临床基本资料;检测两组NOB1的表达;采用Kaplan-Meier法分析宫颈癌组织NOB1表达与患者预后的关系;多因素Cox回归分析宫颈癌患者预后的影响因素。结果 宫颈癌组织中NOB1蛋白高表达率为71.07%(86/121),高于正常宫颈组织中的高表达率[32.23%(39/121)],差异具有统计学意义(χ2=36.552,P=0.000)。宫颈癌组织中NOB1的表达与FIGO分期、淋巴结转移、分化程度等临床病理特征显著相关(P<0.05)。Kaplan-Meier法显示宫颈癌组织NOB1高表达患者3年生存率[56.98%(49/86)]低于NOB1低表达患者[88.57%(31/35)],差异具有统计学意义(χ2=11.442,P=0.001)。多因素Cox回归分析,结果显示NOB1、FIGO分期、淋巴结转移、分化程度是宫颈癌患者预后的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论 宫颈癌组织中NOB1显著高表达,与FIGO分期、淋巴结转移、分化程度等临床病理特征显著相关,NOB1高表达患者预后不良,检测NOB1水平对判断宫颈癌患者预后生存情况有重要价值。
【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expression of the NOB1 in cervical cancer patients and its correlation with prognosis. Methods From January 2018 to March 2020, 121 cervical cancer patients who underwent surgical treatment in Hubei University for Nationalities Affiliated Minda Hospital were regarded as research subjects, and 121 normal tissue samples from benign cervical diseases were regarded as controls. All clinical basic data such as FIGO staging and lymph node metastasis of cervical cancer patients were collected; the expression of NOB1 in the two groups was detected. Kaplan-Meier method was applied to analyze the relationship between NOB1 expression in cervical cancer tissue and prognosis. Multivariate Cox regression was applied to analyze the prognostic factors of cervical cancer patients. Results The high expression rate of NOB1 protein in cervical cancer tissue was 71.07%(86/121), which was higher than that in normal cervical tissue, which was 32.23%(39/121)(χ2=36.552, P=0.000). The expression of NOB1 in cervical cancer tissue was obviously correlated with clinical pathological features such as FIGO staging, lymph node metastasis, and degree of differentiation(P<0.05). Kaplan-Meier method showed that the 3-year survival rate of patients with high NOB1 expression in cervical cancer tissue was 56.98%(49/86), which was lower than 88.57%(31/35) of patients with low NOB1 expression(χ2=11.442, P=0.001). Multivariate Cox regression analysis showed that NOB1, FIGO staging, lymph node metastasis, and degree of differentiation were the prognosis factors of cervical cancer patients(P<0.05). Conclusion NOB1 is obviously overexpressed in cervical cancer tissue, which is obviously correlated with clinical and pathological features such as FIGO staging, lymph node metastasis, and degree of differentiation. Patients with high expression of NOB1 have poor prognosis. Detecting NOB1 level is of great value in predicting the prognostic survival of cervical cancer patients.
