【摘要】 患者女，53岁，外阴肿物伴渗液7年余。查体见外阴弥漫性红肿、渗液，范围约25 cm×15 cm,双侧大阴唇可见散在或密集分布的粟粒至绿豆大小，肤色和暗红色圆形或椭圆形丘疹、斑丘疹、结节，呈疣状或蛙卵样，个别表面光滑或糜烂，累及双侧大阴唇，触诊呈囊性，压痛(+),渗液。皮损组织病理示：淋巴管增生伴囊性扩张。诊断：外阴获得性淋巴管瘤。通过中医经方五苓散、防己黄芪汤加减内服以调整体质、控制渗液、缩小肿物，后以皮外手术达到临床痊愈，随访未见复发。更多还原

【Abstract】 A 53-year-old female presented with a history of finding vulva mass with exudate for more than 7 years. Physical examination showed diffuse redness, swelling and exudation of the vulva, ranging from 25 cm × 15 cm. Scattered or dense papules and nodules were seen, which were millet to mung bean sized, complexional or dark red, round or oval, verrucous or “frog spawn” like. A few of them presented with smooth or ulcerated surface, involving bilateral labia majora. Presenting cystic, tenderness(+) and exudation were seen on palpation. Pathological examination showed lymphatic hyperplasia with cystic dilatation.Lymphangioma was diagnosed. Wulingsan and Fangji Huangqi Decoction were used to adjust the physique, control the exudation and shrink the tumor. After the treatment, the patient was clinically cured by surgery, and no recurrence was found in the follow-up.更多还原
