【摘要】 梨是我国重要的北方落叶果树树种,分布区域广,栽培价值高。梨属植物指纹图谱构建是梨基因组研究中的重要环节,也是梨基因定位与克隆、分子标记辅助育种的基础。本文系统梳理了DNA分子指纹图谱技术在梨属植物中的研究进展,对其在遗传多样性分析、基因图谱构建与品种鉴别领域的应用进行了评述。同时,探究了我国当前梨属植物DNA分子指纹图谱构建的不足之处,并对未来研究进行了展望,以期更好地利用分子标记技术构建梨属植物分子指纹图谱和辅助梨树育种工作。

【Abstract】 Pear was an important deciduous fruit tree crop in northern China, with wide distribution area and high commercial value. The construction of molecular markers played a vital role in pear genome research, gene mapped and marker-assisted breeding. In this paper, the research progress of molecular fingerprinting techniques in Pyrus plants was systematically reviewed. Especially, the applications of DNA markers in the following fields such as genetic diversity analysis, gene mapped construction and variety identification were also analysized. At the same time, the shortcomings of the current construction of DNA molecular fingerprints of Pyrus plants were explored as well as the future research focus was prospected. The information was helpful to properly use molecular marker technology to further construct molecular fingerprints of Pyrus plants and assist its breeding.
