【Abstract】 University chemistry is a common foundational course for students in the colleges of science and engineering, and it serves as the foundation for subsequent professional courses. Due to the characteristics of the knowledge structure of university chemistry, the lack of Marxist theoretical knowledge among some teachers, and the insufficient level of ideological and political literacy, the teaching of university chemistry courses cannot be naturally integrated with ideological and political education.
