【摘要】 目的：探讨下肢骨折创面感染应用抗生素预防效果。方法：选取2020年1月—2023年1月某院看诊的下肢骨折创面感染患者1200例进行研究，随机分为观察组、对照组，各600例。对照组未使用抗生素，观察组则采取抗生素（静脉注射头孢曲松钠、头孢唑啉钠）预防创面感染。比较两组感染状况、炎性因子水平及抗生素预防效果。结果：观察组发生创面感染率低于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组治疗后CRP、WBC、IL-6、IL-8水平低于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组感染控制时间、平均住院时间短于对照组，换药次数少于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：针对下肢骨折患者创面感染应用抗生素预防效果较好，可减少创面感染，抑制炎症因子水平，缩短住院时间、感染控制时间，减少换药次数，利于病情恢复。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the preventive efect of antibiotics on wound infection of lower limb fracture. Methods: A total of 1200 patients with lower limb fracture wound infection who were treated in our hospital from January 2020 to January 2023 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 600 patients in each group. The control group was not treated with antibiotics, while the observation group was treated with antibiotics(intravenous injection of ceftriaxone sodium and cefazolin sodium) to prevent wound infection. The infection status, infammatory factor levels and antibiotic prevention efects were compared between the two groups. Results: The wound infection rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of CRP, WBC, IL-6 and IL-8 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The infection control time and average hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and the number of dressing changes was less than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Antibiotics are effective in preventing wound infection in patients with lower limb fracture. It can reduce wound infection, inhibit the level of infammatory factors, shorten hospitalization time and infection control time, reduce the number of dressing changes, and facilitate the recovery of the disease.更多还原
