1+X证书制度认同度影响因素研究——基于混合研究方法的实证分析

【摘要】 作为1+X证书制度实施的主体,高职生对1+X证书制度的认同度对推广该制度具有重要意义。采用半结构化访谈对高职学生进行分析发现,教师支持、自我效能感、就业压力、学习投入是1+X证书制度的重要构成因素,基于此构建高职学生1+X证书制度认同度影响因素研究假设模型。采用问卷调查采集定量数据,运用结构方程模型对模型进行验证分析发现:教师支持、自我效能感和就业压力可正向影响1+X证书制度的认同度,教师支持的影响最为显著;1+X证书制度认同度正向影响学习投入。基于此,管理部门、学校、教师和学生四个方面都应采取相关策略,提高高职学生对1+X证书制度的认同度。

【Abstract】 As the main body implementing the 1+X certificate system, the degree of recognition of the 1+X certificate system by vocational college students is of great significance for its promotion. Analysis of higher vocational college student samples using semi-structured interviews revealed that teacher support, self-efficacy, employment pressure, and learning engagement are important factors influencing 1+X certificate system recognition. Based on this, a research hypothesis model was constructed to study the factors influencing higher vocational college students’ recognition of the 1+X certificate system. Quantitative data was collected through a questionnaire survey, and structural equation modeling was used for validation analysis. The findings indicate that teacher support, self-efficacy, and employment pressure positively influence recognition of the 1+X certificate system, with teacher support being the most significant factor. Recognition of the 1+X certificate system also positively influences learning engagement. Recommendations are provided from the perspectives of management departments, schools, teachers, and students to enhance vocational college students’ recognition of the 1+X certificate system.
