【摘要】 《伤寒杂病论》中以芍药-附子药对配伍的方剂有5首，分别治疗痹病及水液代谢障碍疾病，通过对痹病及水液代谢障碍疾病的病因病机、治法、用药特点进行分析，认为芍药-附子药对配伍在治痹三方中主要发挥温阳散寒止痛、调和阴阳的功效，在治水两方中起到温阳利水、敛阴生津的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the Shanghan Zabing Lun(Treatise on Cold Pathogenic and Miscellaneous Diseases), there are five classic prescriptions featuring the couplet medicines of Chinese peony and prepared common monkshood branched root to treat Bi syndrome and water metabolism disorders.By analyzing the etiology,pathogenesis,treatment methods,and medication characteristics of the two diseases,it is believed that the couplet medicines mainly achieve the therapeutic effects of warming yang,dispersing cold,relieving pains,and regulating yin and yang in the three prescriptions for the treatment of Bi syndrome,and warming yang for diuresis,and astringing yin for promoting the production of fluids in the two prescriptions for the treatment of water metabolism disorders.更多还原
