【摘要】 目的 探讨温度试验（caloric test, CT）在单侧突发性耳聋发病及预后中的应用价值。方法 回顾性分析我科2020年1月-2020年12月收治的94例单侧突发性耳聋患者的CT结果及临床资料。结果 CT异常率在单侧突发性耳聋伴眩晕和治疗无效的患者中显著增高。不同程度听力损失患者CT无明显差异（P>0.05），但CT异常趋势随听力损失程度加重而加重（P<0.01）。结论 单侧突发性耳聋患者的眩晕症状与前庭功能检查结果密切相关，前庭功能异常的单侧突发性耳聋患者预后差，前庭功能损伤与听力损失的严重程度正相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the calinical application of caloric test(CT)in unilateral sudden deafness. Methods To analyze CT and clinical data of 94 patients admitted from January 2020 to December 2020. Results The abnormal rate of CT was statistically different between patients with and without vertigo, and between effective and ineffective treatment. No obvious difference was found between CT and degrees of hearing loss, however, the tendency of CT abnormal rate increased with degrees of hearing loss. Conclusion The vestibular dysfunction is related to vertigo symptom in unilateral sudden deafness, which also indicates poor prognosis. The vestibular dysfunction is positively related to severity of hearing loss.更多还原
