【摘要】 目的 分析针对腮腺良性肿瘤患者采用美容切口及胸锁乳突肌瓣手术方法的临床效果。方法 选取2020年1月～2022年12月腮腺良性肿瘤手术患者60例，根据手术方法分组，A组（美容切口+胸锁乳突肌瓣）30例，B组（传统S形切口）30例，比较生活质量、术后并发症、患者满意度与预后情况。结果 生活质量比较，A组SF-36评分较高（P<0.05）；术后并发症比较，A组发生率较低；患者满意度比较，A组满意度较高（P<0.05）；预后情况比较，A组1年复发率低于B组（P<0.05）。结论 腮腺良性肿瘤手术中，美容切口与胸锁乳突肌瓣具有显著应用价值，有利于患者提高生活质量，预防并发症，降低复发风险，应用效果显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the clinical effects of cosmetic incision and sternocleidomastoid flap surgery for benign parotid gland tumors. Methods A total of 60 patients with benign parotid gland tumors were selected from January 2020 to December 2022 and divided into group A(cosmetic incision + sternocleidomastoid flap) and Group B(traditional S-shaped incision) according to the surgical method. Quality of life, postoperative complications, patient satisfaction and prognosis were compared. Results Compared with the quality of life, SF-36 score of group A was higher(P < 0.05); The incidence of postoperative complications was lower in group A. Compared with the satisfaction of patients, the satisfaction of group A was higher(P < 0.05); The 1-year recurrence rate of group A was lower than that of group B(P < 0.05). Conclusion Cosmetic incision and sternocleidomastoid muscle flap have significant application value in the operation of benign parotid gland tumor, which is conducive to improving the quality of life of patients, preventing complications and reducing the risk of recurrence.更多还原
