【摘要】 现阶段，随着人们工作压力增大、环境卫生改变、消费水平上升和不良生活习惯增多等，声带息肉的发病率正在逐年增长，同时伴随着相对较高的复发率。患者苦于保守治疗效果欠佳，手术治疗反复性发生的困扰，严重影响患者的生活质量。声带息肉局部激素注射治疗进入临床治疗中，在声带任克间隙注射适量的长效激素，操作简单又疗效持久，且副作用小，被视为手术与保守治疗声带息肉外的另一有效方式。本研究就声带息肉局部激素注射治疗的作用机制，注射方式，常用药物及最新研究进展做一综述。更多还原
