【摘要】 目的 超声引导下微波消融术与开放手术应用在甲状腺结节治疗中疗效差异分析。方法 本文中研究对象具体构成为：我院诊治的甲状腺结节患者，根据需要分组后，组别为：对照组、实验组，指导依据为：电脑随机法，且2组甲状腺结节患者总例数为84；其中，42例在对照组中收入，42例在实验组中收入，2组入院时间开始于2020年12月，结束于2022年8月，在治疗阶段，将开放手术为对照组提供，超声引导下微波消融术为实验组提供，就2组患者最终疗效展开比较。结果 两组甲状腺结节患者开展不同手术治疗期间，实验组患者各项手术指标优于对照组，P<0.05。患者术后并发症发生率比较，实验组低于对照组，P<0.05。术后甲状腺素水平比较，术前各项甲状腺素水平没有显著差异，术后6个月，实验组患者甲状腺素水平稳定程度优于对照组，P<0.05。比较两组患者各项炎性因子水平，实验组均低于对照组，P<0.05。结论在甲状腺结节治疗中采取超声引导下微波消融术治疗效果要优于开放手术，可以优化手术治疗指标，确保手术治疗安全性，在临床值得推广实施超声引导下微波消融术治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the efficacy difference of ultrasound-guided microwave ablation and open surgery in the treatment of thyroid nodules. Methods For thyroid nodule patients treated in our hospital, control group and experimental group, and the total number of thyroid nodule patients in 2 groups was 84; 42 patients,42 patients received income in experimental group, 2 groups ended in August 2022, during the treatment stage,and compared the final efficacy of 2 groups. Results During the different surgical treatment of thyroid nodules,the experimental group were better than the control group, P <0.05. Comparing the incidence of postoperative complications, the experimental group was lower than the control group, with P <0.05. After comparing the postoperative thyroxine levels, there was no significant difference in the preoperative thyroxine levels, and at 6 months later, the experimental group was more stable than the control group, with P <0.05. Comparing the levels of various inflammatory factors between the two groups, the experimental group was lower than the control group, with P <0.05.Conclusion The treatment effect of ultrasound-guided microwave ablation in thyroid nodules is better than that of open surgery, which can optimize the surgical treatment index, ensure the safety of surgical treatment, and the worthy of microwave ablation guided by ultrasound in clinical practice.更多还原
