【Abstract】 This article compares the approved and under-developing small molecule JAK inhibitors for the treatment of atopic dermatitis(AD) in the world, and analyzes the R&D progress of the five key drugs ruxolitinib, baricitinib, upadacitinib, delgocitinib and abrocitinib, as well as their disclosed patents on various technical topics such as compounds and new uses.
