新工科背景下高分子材料课程仿真实验建设——以3D打印虚拟仿真为例

【摘要】 随着社会的发展和科技的进步,新工科教育对高等工程教育提出了新的要求。虚拟仿真实验具有实验不受时空限制、节约耗材、安全易行的优点。高分子材料是支撑战略性新兴产业和重大工程不可或缺的物质基础,将虚拟仿真实验引入高分子材料课程实验教学,实现学生自主学习和自主实验,加深对材料、纺织和服装等纤维制造相关领域知识的融合理解,提升专业自信和岗位能力,为学生创建一个具有设备认知、原理学习、模拟训练、实验操作、数据交互、综合考核等功能的综合平台,在教学中获得了良好的效果。

【Abstract】 With the development of society and the progress of science and technology, new engineering education has put forward new requirements for higher engineering education. Virtual simulation experiments have the advantages of not being limited by time and space, saving consumables and being safe and easy to implement. Polymer materials are indispensable material foundations for supporting strategic emerging industries and major projects. Virtual simulation experiments are introduced into the experimental teaching of the Polymer Materials course, so as to achieve students’ independent learning and experiments, deepen their integrated understanding of knowledge in the related fields of fiber manufacturing such as materials, textiles and clothing, enhance their professional confidence and job capabilities, and create a comprehensive platform with the functions of equipment cognition, principle learning, simulation training, experimental operation, data interaction and comprehensive assessment for students,which has achieved good results in teaching.
