短夹紧比螺栓高温衰减行为研究
Study on high temperature attenuation behavior of bolts with short clamping ratio
【摘要】 燃气轮机燃压缸结构的水平中分面应用了大量的螺栓连接,其通常采用短夹紧比螺栓进行固定。但是,由于其的使用环境温度高,螺栓材料的蠕变变形加剧了螺栓连接结构的松弛。特别是对于短夹紧比螺栓,夹紧力的衰减可能更加显著,影响连接部位的载荷传递。针对某型燃气轮机燃压缸短夹紧比螺栓,开展了温度对短夹紧比螺栓高温衰减行为的影响规律试验研究。结果表明:相同载荷下,环境温度越高,螺栓夹紧力衰减速度越快,夹紧力衰减趋于平缓后,温度越高,螺栓剩余夹紧力越小;对于夹紧比为2.0的短夹紧比螺栓,其在服役环境下高温夹紧力衰减百分比范围为18.28%~22.37%。研究成果可为短夹紧比螺栓夹紧力设计要求的撰写以及同工作条件下的燃压缸螺栓设计提供数据参考与理论支撑。
【Abstract】 A large number of bolt connections are used in the horizontal mid-section of gas turbine cylinder structure, which are usually fixed by short clamping ratio bolts. However, due to the high ambient temperature, the creep deformation of the bolt material aggravates the relaxation of the bolted connection structure. Especially for short clamping ratio bolts, the clamping force attenuation may be more significant, affecting the load transfer at the connection site. An experimental study on the influence of temperature on the high temperature attenuation behavior of the short clamping ratio bolt of a gas turbine cylinder was carried out. The results show that un-der the same load, the higher the ambient temperature is, the faster the attenuation rate of bolt clamping force is, and the higher the temperature is, the smaller the residual clamping force is. For short clamping ratio bolts with a clamping ratio of 2.0, the attenuation percentage of clamping force at high temperature under service environment ranges from 18.28% to 22.37%. The research results can provide data reference and theoretical support for the design requirements of short clamping specific bolt clamping force and the design of cylinder bolts under the same working conditions.
