【摘要】 我国自20世纪末进入老龄化社会，应对老龄化的养老形势严峻。近年来我国大力发展社区养老的养老方式，而老年人现阶段居住多在城市中心区域的老旧小区且很少愿意搬迁，建成已久的旧住区已无法与老年人的生活需求所适配，亟需进行适老性改造。研究通过走访调研旧住区的现状问题，提出对旧住区的适老性改造策略，提升老人居住环境质量，为老年生活带来幸福感，实现我国城市既有居住区的可持续发展，希望为今后旧住区适老性改造有一定参考价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 China has been an ageing society since the end of the 20th century, making the situation of ageing more serious.In recent years, China has been vigorously developing the community-based elderly care approach.Old communities are no longer compatible with the needs of the elderly.Therefore, there is an urgent need for elderly-oriented renovation.The study summarizes the current problems of old communities,and proposes renovation methods for the old residential areas,aiming to improve the quality of the elderly’s living environment,bring a sense of well-being to the elderly and realize the sustainable development.It is hoped that it will be a reference for the future renovation of old communities.更多还原
