叶面喷施二氢卟吩铁对‘铜陵白姜’品质和产量的影响

【摘要】 以‘铜陵白姜’(Zingiber officinale ‘Tongling White Ginger’)为试验材料,采用稀释5 000倍液的0.02%二氢卟吩铁(iron chlorine e6, ICe6)可溶粉剂对不同生长时期的‘铜陵白姜’叶面进行喷施,探讨其对姜品质和产量的影响,以期为二氢卟吩铁在生姜上的应用提供科学依据。结果表明, T2处理(三股杈期和第2次小培土时各喷施1次二氢卟吩铁)有利于姜辣素含量增加,比对照(喷施清水, CK)增加74.33%; T1处理(三股杈期喷施1次二氢卟吩铁)和T3处理(三股杈期、第2次小培土和第3次小培土时各喷施1次二氢卟吩铁)的粗纤维含量极显著高于CK, T2处理粗纤维含量极显著低于T1处理和T3处理; 3个处理与CK的可溶性总糖含量和含水量均没有显著差异,但粗蛋白含量均极显著低于CK。T2处理和T3处理对‘铜陵白姜’增产作用显著,比CK分别增产22.99%和23.38%。综合考量, T2处理对提高‘铜陵白姜’产量、提升品质效果较好,对种植户的增产增效具有积极作用,应用前景良好。

【Abstract】 In order to provide a scientific basis for the application of iron chlorine e6(ICe6) in ginger, Zingiber officinale ’Tongling White Ginger’ was used as the test material, and 5 000-time-diluted 0.02% ICe6 soluble powder was used to spray on the foliar surface of ’Tongling White Ginger’ at different growth periods to investigate the effects on its quality and yield. The results showed that the T2 treatment(spray of 5 000-time-diluted ICe6 solution once each at the third fork and the second small soil cultivation) was favorable to the increase of gingerol content of ’Tongling White Ginger’, which was 74.33% higher than that of control(spray with water, CK). The crude fiber content of the T1 treatment(spray of 5 000-time-diluted ICe6 solution at the third fork) and T3 treatment(spray of 5 000-time-diluted ICe6 solution once each at the third fork, the second small soil cultivation and the third small soil cultivation) were significantly higher than that of CK, while the crude fiber content of the T2 treatment was significantly lower than that of the T1 and T3 treatments. There was no significant difference in the total soluble sugar content and water content among the three treatments and CK, but the crude protein content of any treatment was significantly lower than that of CK. The yield increases of the T2 and T3 treatments were 22.99% and 23.38%, respectively compared to CK. In conclusion, T2 treatment has a better effect on improving the yield and quality of ’Tongling White Ginger’, which has a positive effect on increasing the yield and efficiency of the growers, and has a good application prospect.
