【摘要】 目的：比较某医学院校女大学生乙型肝炎(乙肝)和人乳头状瘤病毒(HPV)疫苗接种行为差异并分析其影响因素，为更好地实施疫苗接种策略和防治相关疾病提供科学依据。方法：采用普查的方法对2022年6～12月就诊于某高校社区卫生服务中心接种门诊的女医学生疫苗接种行为及相关信息进行调查，基于健康信念模式采用多因素Logistic回归模型分析接种行为的影响因素。结果：共334人参加本调查，有效问卷308份，有效率92.2%。85.06%女医学生优先选择接种HPV疫苗，仅有14.94%女医学生优先选择接种乙肝疫苗。Logistic回归分析显示，父亲文化程度、乙肝的自我效能和提示因素对乙肝接种行为有影响，父亲文化程度和HPV自我效能对HPV接种行为有影响。结论：女医学生接种HPV疫苗的积极性高于接种乙肝疫苗，建议通过加强以新媒介为渠道的乙肝知识宣传力度、制定针对医学生的乙肝疫苗接种策略，提高医学生乙肝疫苗接种率，为保护重点人群、预防职业暴露引发的不良结局奠定基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare and analyse the vaccination behavior of hepatitis B and HPV vaccines, and provide a scientific basis for implementing immunization strategies and preventing relevant diseases. Methods Female medical students who visited the vaccination clinic of a community healthcare center in a medical school from June to December 2022 were surveyed in vaccination behaviors and relevant information with census method. Based on the Health Belief Model, multivariate logistic regression models were conducted to identify the influencing factors of immunization behaviors. Results Of the total 334 participants, 308(92.2%) of the collected responses were valid. 85.06% of these female medical students prioritized HPV immunization over Hepatitis B, which was only 14.94%. Binary logistic regression showed that the father’s education level, self-efficacy and suggestive factors contributed to Hepatitis B vaccination, while the HPV vaccination were influenced by the father’s education level and self-efficacy. Conclusion Female medical students are more enthusiastic about getting HPV vaccine than Hepatitis B vaccine. To promote initiative of hepatitis B vaccination among medical students, it is suggested to strengthen health education of hepatitis by new media and make more targeted vaccination policies for medical students, which will lay the foundation for protecting the susceptible population and preventing adverse outcomes from occupational exposure.更多还原
