【摘要】 目的 :了解并探索老年人积极老龄观水平及其影响因素，为培育和践行老年人积极老龄观提供启示。方法：使用山东省调查数据，选取年龄≥60岁的老年人作为研究对象，最终样本2570例。基于积极老龄观水平量表(PALS)测量老年人的积极老龄观水平，采用多元逐步回归分析方法探究老年人积极老龄观水平的影响因素。结果 :老年人PALS得分为(43.040±6.12)分，得分率为61.48%。受教育程度、城乡属性、个人年收入、社区有无社交休闲型养老服务设施、社区有无生存安全型养老服务设施与PALS得分正向关联(β=0.21,P<0.001;β=0.06,P=0.001;β=0.11,P<0.001;β=0.24,P<0.001;β=0.06,P<0.001),年龄、是否失能、照料孙子女与PALS得分负向关联(β=-0.18,P<0.001;β=-0.12,P<0.001;β=-0.04,P=0.024)。结论：提升老年人积极老龄观水平问题需要引起重视。个体特征、家庭特征和环境特征变量均是老年人积极老龄观水平的影响因素，其中，受教育程度、社区有无社交休闲型养老服务设施、年龄、是否失能的影响作用较大。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the positive aging level and its influencing factors in elderly, and provide references for cultivating and practicing positive aging view in elderly. Methods Based on the Survey Data in Shandong Province, 2570 elderly aged ≥60 years were selected as the research objects. Their positive aging level was measured with Positive Aging Level Scale(PALS). Multiple stepwise regression analysis was used to explore the influencing factors of the positive aging level in elderly. Results The PALS score of the elderly was(43.040±6.12), and the scoring rate was 61.48%. Education level, urban-rural attributes, personal annual income, presence of social and leisure elderly care facilities in the community, and presence of survival safety elderly care facilities in the community were positively correlated with PALS scores, while age, disability, and caring for grandchildren were negatively correlated with PALS scores. Conclusion The issue of improving the positive aging level in elderly needs to be taken seriously. Individual characteristics, family characteristics, and environmental characteristics variables were all influencing factors to the positive aging level in elderly, among which education level, presence of social and leisure elderly care facilities in the community, age, and disability had a significant impact.更多还原
