【Abstract】 Euhadra herklotsi is an important horticultural pest. In this paper, a snail intercepted at Fujian port was quarantined and identified by the methods of shell morphology, reproductive system anatomy and molecular biology. The results showed that the snail was E.herklotsi, and the morphological identification characteristics among E.herklotsi and its sibling species were compared. In addition, the applicability of the sequence alignment identification method was discussed. This paper provided scientific basis for preventing the invasion of this snail at the border port.更多还原
