【摘要】 通过将昆明市某动物园1例因呕吐、口鼻流食糜、腹部鼓胀死亡滇金丝猴的胃脏、空肠、直肠组织样品的病原进行分离纯化，利用生化鉴定、PCR鉴定、药敏试验、致病性试验、血清型鉴定及对分离菌进行耐药基因和毒力基因分析，对病原种类和生物学特性进行研究。结果显示，从胃脏、空肠和直肠中分离鉴定到的病原为大肠杆菌，血清型均为O127,属于肠致病性大肠杆菌，且均对头孢西丁耐药，对庆大霉素、加替沙星和环丙沙星敏感。3株致病菌均携带blaTEM、blaCTX-M 2种耐药基因以及opmA、opmC 2种毒力基因。本试验结果为大肠杆菌致滇金丝猴肠炎的防治提供了一定的参考和数据支持。更多还原

【Abstract】 The pathogens were isolated and purified from the stomach, jejunum and rectum tissues of a Yunnan snub-nosed monkey who died of vomiting, oral and nasal chyme, and abdominal distension, and the species and biological characteristics of the pathogens were studied by biochemical identification, PCR identification, drug susceptibility test, pathogenicity test, serotype identification, and drug resistance gene and virulence gene analysis.The results showed that the pathogens isolated from stomach, jejunum and rectum were Escherichia coli(E.coli) serotype O127,belonging to enteropathogenic E.coli.They were resistant to cefoxitin and sensitive to gentamicin, gatifloxacin and ciprofloxacin.All the three strains carried drug resistance genes blaTEM and blaCTX-M and virulence genes opmA and opmC.This study provides reference and data support for the prevention and control of enteritis caused by E.coli in Yunnan snub-nosed monkey.更多还原
