金银花药渣代料栽培对凤尾菇生长、氨基酸及重金属含量的影响
Effect of cultivation by Flos Lonicerae Japonicae residue on growth, amino acids and heavy metals in fruiting bodies of Pleurotus pulmonarius
【摘要】 为了最大程度利用金银花药渣并解决其带来的环境污染问题,通过设置4个不同添加比例培养料配方,比较凤尾菇菌丝生长、生物转化率、子实体氨基酸及重金属含量情况,研究金银花药渣部分代替棉籽壳栽培凤尾菇的可行性。结果显示,以配方A(金银花药渣56.7%、棉籽壳28.3%、玉米芯12%、灰钙粉3%)金银花药渣与棉籽壳的配比为2:1时栽培表现最佳,相较对照配方(棉籽壳85%、玉米芯12%、灰钙粉3%),菌丝生长速度提高了1.28 mm/d,生物转化率提高了19%,子实体氨基酸总量和两种鲜味氨基酸含量均有所提高,且子实体中铜和砷元素含量显著降低。表明利用金银花药渣栽培凤尾菇是可行的。
【Abstract】 In order to maximize the utilization of honeysuckle residue and address its environmental pollution issues,the feasibility of partially replacing cottonseed hulls with honeysuckle residue in the cultivation of Pleurotus pulmonarius was studied using four different formulation ratios. The results showed that with formulation A(56.7% honeysuckle residue, 28.3% cottonseed hulls, 12% corn cob, 3% calcium carbonate), the best cultivation performance was achieved with a ratio of honeysuckle residue to cottonseed hulls of 2:1. Compared to the control formulation(85% cottonseed hulls,12% corn cob, 3% calcium carbonate), the mycelial growth rate increased by 1.28 mm/day, and the biological conversion rate increased by 19%. The total amino acid content and the content of two umami amino acids also increased, while the copper and arsenic content in the fruiting bodies significantly decreased. These findings demonstrate that using honeysuckle residue for cultivating P. pulmonarius is viable.
