关于构建基础医学教师教学发展能力培养体系的思考和探索

【摘要】 基础医学教师的教学发展能力是培养创新型医药卫生人才的重要保障,目前医学院校普遍存在基础医学师资缺乏医学及教育学背景、培养体系不完善等问题。本文从认知、实践、发展的角度探索新的培养体系,打造优质教学培训师团队,并以此为基础建立多层次多维度的培训和保障体系,帮助基础医学教师提升教学实践和教学研究能力。

【Abstract】 The teaching development abilities of basic medicine faculty are crucial for cultivating innovative medical and health professionals. Currently, medical schools face challenges such as a lack of faculty with both medical and educational backgrounds and an underdeveloped training system. This paper explores a new training system from the perspectives of cognition, practice, and development. It aims to create a high-quality teaching training team and establish a multi-level and multi-dimensional training and support system to enhance the teaching practice and research abilities of basic medicine faculty.
