【摘要】 目的：探索产钳助产模型在妇科住院医师规范化培训中的应用和改良方向。方法：本次研究随机选择2018届和2019届妇产科住院医师39人，其中对照组(19人)接受传统方式教学产期技术技巧，试验组(20人)应用助产分娩仿真模拟训练系统培训，教学等量时间后进行统一考核评估。结果：试验组较对照组产钳放置、拉钳角度及其他操作技巧方面训练成绩明显高于培训前，差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);结论：产钳助产模型仿真教学较传统教学方法可提高住院医师产钳操作能力，如何提升助产过程中牵引角度和力量的把握能力是今后探索方向。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the application and improvement directions of the forceps-assisted delivery model in standardized training of gynecology residents.Methods: This study randomly selected 39 gynecology residents from 2018 and 2019, with the control group(19 people) receiving traditional teaching methods for perinatal skills and the experimental group(20 people) undergoing training with a forceps-assisted delivery simulation system. After equivalent teaching time, unified assessment evaluations were conducted.Results: The experimental group showed significantly higher training scores in forceps placement, forceps angle, and other operational skills compared to before training, with statistical significance(P<0.01).Conclusion: Simulation teaching with the forceps-assisted delivery model is superior to traditional teaching methods in improving the operational ability of forceps among residents. Future exploration should focus on enhancing trainees’ ability to control traction angles and forces during delivery.更多还原
