“四个回归”背景下医学本科教学课程编排优化策略探讨

【摘要】 课程编排是教务管理重要环节。适应于卓越医生教育培养计划人才培养模式改革深化,医学本科课程编排管理工作应该遵循医学教育特点,回归教育关系的两大主体——教师与学生,以教学需求为导向,把提高学生学习效率和改进教师教学方式及教学水平提高作为课程编排优化的核心因素,在校院两级课程编排的基础上,进一步推进课程编排管理重心下移,增设教研室或课程教学团队课程编排层级,扩大教师教学自主权。策略优化课程编排体现个性化排课和个性化培养要求,更好地执行培养方案,推动教学改革深化。

【Abstract】 Curriculum arrangement is an important part of educational administration. Adapting to the deepening reform of the talent training mode of the Excellent Doctor Education Training Program, the curriculum arrangement management of undergraduate medical education should follow the characteristics of medical education, return to the two main subjects of education relationship-teachers and students, take teaching needs as the orientation, take improving students’ learning efficiency and improving teachers’ teaching methods and teaching level as the core factors of curriculum arrangement optimization, and further promote the downward shift of the focus of curriculum arrangement management on the basis of curriculum arrangement at the school and college levels, add the curriculum arrangement level of the teaching and research section or curriculum teaching team, and expand teachers’ autonomy in teaching. The strategy of optimizing curriculum arrangement reflects the requirements of personalized course arrangement and personalized training, better implements the training program, and promotes the deepening of teaching reform.
