【Abstract】 Based on the analysis of the current situation and problems, this paper proposes three construction measures: promoting the transformational training of existing pharmacy technicians, actively supporting the training in colleges and universities, and ensuring reasonable salary and benefits. These measures aim to increase the number of clinical pharmacists, improve their overall quality, and achieve the goals of “sufficient quantity, high quality, proactive engagement, appropriate positioning, and adequate compensation” for clinical pharmacists.
