基于DMAIC的装配工序质量改进方法

【摘要】 针对某企业产品装配过程中“引战拧紧”工序的质量改进的需求,采用DMAIC方法来减小该工序的高度差测量值的波动。在分析企业产品装配生产现状的基础上,提出了质量改进的方法。通过构建装配工序的帕累托图,找出了影响产品装配质量亟需改进的工序,即“引战拧紧”工序。完成了该工序的测量系统分析和工序能力分析,并利用因果图和故障模式、影响与危害性分析(FMECA)方法分析了影响工序质量的具体原因,确定了需要优先改进的3个重要因素;通过头脑风暴结合正交试验设计,找出了最显著的因素是拧紧力矩,并在控制阶段将拧紧力矩值设置为最优的参数值18N·m。控制图和过程能力分析表明,该方法在“引战拧紧”工序的应用有效改善了该工序质量的波动。

【Abstract】 The DMAIC method is used to reduce the fluctuation of the height difference measurement in the tightening process of an enterprise’s product assembly. On the basis of analyzing the present situation of product assembly productions in enterprises, the method and process of quality improvement are put forward. By constructing the Pareto diagram of assembly process, the process which affects the assembly quality and needs to be improved is found out, that is, the tightening process. The measurement system analysis and process capability analysis of the process are completed, and the specific reasons for the process quality are analyzed by using the cause-effect diagram and FMECA method, and three important factors that need to be improved are determined. Through the brainstorming and orthogonal experiment design, the most significant factor is the tightening torque, and the tightening torque value is set to the optimal parameter value 18N·m in the control stage. The control chart and process capability analysis show that the method can effectively improve the quality fluctuation of the tightening process.
