【摘要】 目的 系统评价我国肠外营养智能化审核监护系统应用的现状，为肠外营养智能化审核监护的开发优化和普及提供参考。方法 计算机检索中国期刊全文数据库、万方数据库、中国维普科技期刊数据库、PubMed、Embase、Cochrane 图书馆，检索文献发表时间为2013年11月至2023年10月，纳入介绍我国肠外营养智能化审核监护系统的研究，收集肠外营养信息化审核监护的干预科室、干预模式、干预功能、干预指标、亮点及成效等信息，对结果进行描述性分析。结果 共纳入17篇文献，其中前后对照研究11篇，综述6篇。我国肠外营养智能化审核监护取得了较好的效果，智能化干预促进了肠外营养合理用药，提高了用药安全和工作效率。结论 我国肠外营养审核监护系统智能化程度较好，延展肠外营养的全流程管理，不断丰富个体化肠外营养数据库，完善个体化肠外营养智能化审核监护，为我国肠外营养智能化审核监护系统发展提供方向。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To systematically review checking and monitoring system for parenteral nutrition intelligent prescriptions in China,to provide reference for its development,optimization and popularization.Methods China Journal Full text database,Wanfang database,China VIP Science and Technology Journal database,PubMed,Embase,and Cochrane library were searched from November 2013 to October 2023.Studies which evaluated the checking and monitoring system for parenteral nutrition intelligent prescription in China were included.Variable indicators (i.e.intervention departments,intervention modes,intervention functions,intervention indicators,highlights and effects) were collected and the results were analyzed by descriptive.Results Totally 17 studies were included:11 comparative studies and 6 reviews.The application of parenteral nutrition intelligent prescription checking and monitoring system in China had good effect.Intelligent intervention promoted rational use of parenteral nutrition and improved drug safety and work efficiency.Conclusion Parenteral nutrition prescription checking and monitoring system in China is intelligent.Extending the whole process management of parenteral nutrition,enriching the personalized parenteral nutrition database to improve the system,and improving the individualized intelligent review and monitoring of parenteral nutrition,is the development direction of parenteral nutrition intelligent review and monitoring system in China更多还原
