【摘要】 目的 基于甘肃省卫生资源配置能力与经济发展水平协调发展的现状，为其可持续发展提供借鉴和参考。方法 通过标准化处理、熵值法、耦合协调度模型、障碍度模型分析甘肃省卫生资源配置和经济发展目标层内部及目标层间的耦合协调关系，找出影响和制约协调发展的障碍因素。结果 2012—2021年两者耦合协调度水平有待提高；卫生资源配置能力整体超前于经济发展水平；医疗技术人员和农村居民人均收入是主要障碍因素。结论 要重视主要障碍因素的影响作用，优化医疗人员内部结构，提高居民收入水平，科学合理地实现两目标层的耦合协调。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To provide reference for the sustainable development of Gansu Province based on its status quo of the coordinated development of health resource allocation capacity and the level of economic development. Methods Through standardized processing, entropy method, coupled coordination degree model and obstacle degree model, an analysis was made of the coupled and coordination relationship within and between target layers of health resource allocation and economic development in Gansu Province, and the obstacle factors affecting and restricting the coordinated development were sorted out. Results The level of coupling and coordination in Gansu Province needed to be improved during 2012-2021. The capacity to allocate health resources was generally ahead of the level of economic development and medical technicians and per capita income of rural residents were the main obstacles. Conclusions It is necessary to attach importance to the influential role of the main obstacle factors, optimize the internal structure of medical personnel and improve the income of the population in order to achieve the coupling and coordination of the two target levels in a scientific and rational way.更多还原
