【摘要】 介绍假交叉结构钩编花边的含义及结构类型，包括基本结构类型、叠加类型及复合类型。在此基础上，结合生产实践，在衬纬原料选择与设计及花型设计方面总结假交叉结构钩编花边的设计要点；从衬纬张力控制、地经纱张力控制及纬梳横移量控制及挡板间距的调整等方面对编织工艺进行分析。最后详述一例假交叉结构钩编花边的编织工艺，为钩编花边产品的设计与开发提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 The meaning and structure type of crocheted lace with false cross structure are introduced, including the basic structure type, superposition type and compound type. On this basis, combined with production practice,in the choice and design of weft inlay material and pattern design, the design points of crochet lace with false cross structure are summarized. The knitting process is analyzed from the aspects of weft insertion tension control,ground warp tension control and inlay guide bar shogging control. Finally, a case of crochet lace with false cross structure is described in detail, which can provide reference for the design and development of crochet lace products.更多还原
