【摘要】 目的：分析加减瓜蒌牛蒡汤联合麦默通微创旋切术对乳腺炎患者的疗效及中医证候积分、血清炎症因子水平的影响。方法：选取我院2021年5月—2023年8月收治的乳腺炎患者100例，以随机信封法将其分为对照组、观察组，各50例。对照组给予麦默通微创旋切术治疗，观察组给予加减瓜蒌牛蒡汤+麦默通微创旋切术治疗。比较2组临床疗效、中医证候积分、白细胞计数（WBC）、白细胞介素（IL）-6、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、C反应蛋白（CRP）、不良反应。结果：治疗后观察组临床疗效为94.00%，高于对照组的78.00%(P<0.05)；与对照组相比，治疗后观察组症状改善时间及住院时间更短（P<0.05）；与对照组相比，治疗后观察组WBC、CRP、中医证候积分、IL-6、TNF-α更低（P<0.05）;2组不良反应发生率相比，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论：加减瓜蒌牛蒡汤联合麦默通微创旋切术治疗乳腺炎安全有效，可降低中医证候积分，缓解临床症状，减轻炎症反应，促进病情恢复。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To analyze the effect of modified Gualou Niuti decoction combined with Maimotong minimally invasive rotary resection on mastitis, traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) syndrome score and serum inflammatory factor levels.Methods:A total of 100 patients with mastitis admitted to our hospital from May 2021 to August 2023 were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group by the random envelope method, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Maimotong minimally invasive rotary resection, and the observation group was treated with Gualou Niuti decoction + Maimotong minimally invasive rotary resection. The clinical efficacy, TCM syndrome score, white blood cell count(WBC), interleukin(IL)-6,tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α), C-reactive protein(CRP), and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment, the clinical effect of observation group was 94.00 %, which was higher than that of control group 78.00 %(P < 0.05).Compared with the control group, the time of symptom improvement and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter after treatment(P < 0.05). Compared with control group, WBC, CRP, TCM syndrome score, IL-6 and TNF-α were lower in observation group after treatment(P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P > 0.05).Conclusion: Modified Gualou Niuti decoction combined with Maimotong minimally invasive rotary resection is safe and effective in the treatment of mastitis, which can reduce TCM syndrome score, relieve clinical symptoms, reduce inflammatory reaction, and promote the recovery of the disease.更多还原
