【摘要】 目的：1.观察舒筋健腰丸治疗股骨头坏死（肾虚血瘀型）的临床疗效；2.评价舒筋健腰丸治疗股骨头坏死的安全性。方法：收集2021年3月1日—2022年9月10日于山东中医药大学附属医院就诊的患者26例，采用治疗前后自身对照方法，采用舒筋健腰丸口服治疗3个月。统计临床疗效，对比治疗前后关节Harris评分、影像学表现，项目过程中观察患者不良反应发生情况。结果：患者接受项目治疗后的总有效率为86.36%(19/22)；治疗后患者Harris评分较治疗前明显提高，所得结果差异有统计学意义（P<0.01）。治疗后患者运动耐受程度改善明显，影像学变化控制良好。口服药物过程中，3例患者反馈首次服药4 d内出现疼痛加剧，继服药物后较前明显缓解，疼痛原因不明，不排除与项目开始时间患者更换治疗药物相关。结论：采用口服舒筋健腰丸治疗肾虚血瘀型股骨头坏死，能够有效改善患者髋部疼痛的症状，有效改善患者的下肢活动状态，对股骨头坏死有较好的治疗作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:1. To observe the clinical effect of Shujin Jianwei pills on femoral head necrosis(kidney deficiency and blood stasis type); 2. To evaluate the safety of Shujin Jianyao pills in the treatment of femoral head necrosis. Methods: A total of 26 patients admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 1,2021 to March 1, 2023 were collected and treated with Shujin Jianwaiwan orally for 3 months by self-control method before and after treatment. The clinical efficacy of patients was counted, the joint Harris score and imaging findings before and after treatment were compared, and the occurrence of adverse reactions in patients was observed during the project. Results: The total effective rate was 86.36%(19/22). The Harris score of the patients after treatment was significantly higher than that before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.01). After treatment, the patient’s exercise tolerance was significantly improved and the imaging changes were well controlled. During the oral administration of the drug, 3 patients reported that their pain worsened within 4 days after the first administration of the drug, and was significantly relieved after taking the drug. The cause of the pain was unknown, and it could not be ruled out that it was related to the change of treatment drugs when the project began. Conclusion: Oral Shujin Jianwei pills can effectively improve the symptoms of hip pain and lower limb activity of patients with kidney deficiency and blood stasis type femoral head necrosis, and has a good therapeutic effect on femoral head necrosis.更多还原
