【Abstract】 Activating transcription factor 7(ATF7) is a stress-induced transcription factor, a member of the cAMP-response element binding protein(CREB) family, which is usually phosphorylated under stress to activate the transcription of target genes and regulate related biological processes. Based on the existing literature reports, we reviewed the role of ATF7 in regulating immunity, tumor and metabolism, which provides a theoretical basis for further research.更多还原
