【摘要】 上皮样血管内皮瘤（epithelioid hemangioendothelioma, EHE）是一种罕见的血管源性肿瘤，其组织学特征介于血管瘤和高级别血管肉瘤之间。由于其影像学和组织学特征与血管瘤或转移性脊柱肿瘤较为相似，所以脊柱EHE的准确诊断及有效治疗尤为重要。从已报道脊柱EHE的部分资料中发现其诊断及治疗具有一定的相似之处，本文报道了1例脊柱EHE，并对已发表的脊柱EHE的文献进行回顾与总结。更多还原

【Abstract】 Epithelioid hemangioendothelioma(EHE) is a rare vascular tumor with histological features between hemangiomas and highgrade angiosarcomas. Because its imaging and histological features are similar to hemangiomas or metastatic spinal tumors, accurate diagnosis and effective treatment of spinal EHE are particularly important. From some of the reported spinal EHE, we can note that there are certain similarities in its diagnosis and treatment, and this article reports one case of spinal EHE, and reviews and summarizes the published literature on spinal EHE.更多还原
