【摘要】 专利高质量发展是制造业创新效能提升及现代产业体系构建的重要内容和支撑。国家知识产权强市示范城市建设征程下，宁波制造业围绕标志性成果打造及竞争力提升不断突破，在专利的创造、运用、保护等高质量发展环节取得了新的成就，但在高价值专利创造及专利运用赋能企业发展等方面还有待提升。经由“主体—内容—工具”框架的问题解析，研究从主体能动性推进及生态组织链式协同、专利内容平衡及竞争优势筑基、工具完善整合及差异化运用等角度提出宁波制造业专利高质量发展的路径及对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 The high-quality development of patents is a critical component for driving innovation efficiency and building a modern industrial system within the manufacturing industry. Ningbo’s manufacturing industry has been making impressive strides in developing high-quality patents and enhancing its competitiveness as a national demonstration city with strong intellectual property rights. New achievements have been made in high-quality development links such as patent creation, application, and protection.However, there is still room for improvement, especially in developing high-value patents and empowering enterprises through patent applications. This study proposes a three-pronged “subject-content-tool”approach to address these challenges: promoting subject agency and coordination of ecological organization chain, balancing patent content and building competitive advantages, improving tools integration and promoting differentiated utilization. By focusing on these key areas, Ningbo can continue to lead the way in high-quality patent development and drive sustainable growth within the manufacturing industry.更多还原
