新能源汽车锂电池高效回收及再利用综述

【摘要】 锂电池具有能量密度高、生命周期长、环保等优点,是新能源汽车领域应用最为广泛的电池类型之一。随着新能源汽车市场的不断扩大,退役锂电池数量激增,如何绿色和高效回收及再利用锂电池,降低环境污染,已成为世界各国关注的重点与难点技术问题。对国内外锂电池回收现状进行了研究,总结讨论了火法冶金、湿法冶金回收工艺等现有工艺回收技术的优缺点,并展望了未来锂电池回收技术的发展方向。

【Abstract】 Lithium batteries have advantages such as high energy density,long lifespan,and environmental friendliness,making them one of the most widely used battery types in the field of new energy vehicles.With the continuous expansion of the new energy vehicle market,the number of retired lithium batteries has surged.How to green and efficiently recycle and reuse lithium batteries,reduce environmental pollution,has become a key and difficult technical issue of concern for countries around the world.This article studies the current status of lithium battery recycling at home and abroad,summarizes and discusses the advantages and disadvantages of existing recycling technologies such as pyro-metallurgy,hydro-metallurgy recycling processes and looks forward to the future development direction of lithium battery recycling technology.
