钒钛磁铁矿尾矿砂制备水泥砂浆的力学性能研究
Research on the Mechanical Properties of Cement Mortar Prepared with Vanadium-titanium Magnetite Tailings
【摘要】 本文聚焦承德地区钒钛磁铁矿尾矿砂再利用,分析其成分、颗粒级配及特性。通过调整尾矿砂替代比例与木质纤维素量,对水泥材料进行力学、XRD、SEM测试并评估性能。研究显示,20%替代率与0.3?g木质纤维素为最优条件,水泥材料经28天养护后,抗折、抗压强度分别达到19.02?MPa与80.84?MPa,性能最佳。
【Abstract】 This paper focuses on the reuse of vanadium-titanium magnetite tailings in Chengde area,analyzing its composition,particle size distribution,and characteristics.By adjusting the substitution ratio of tailings sand and the amount of lignocellulose,the mechanical,XRD,and SEM tests were conducted to evaluate the performance of the cement material.Research shows that the optimal conditions are a 20% substitution rate and 0.3 g of lignocellulose.After 28 days of curing,the cement material achieves the best performance with a flexural and compressive strength of 19.02 MPa and 80.84 MPa,respectively.
