Fe3O4/PDA复合纳米材料回收高黏度油田采出水中油相的研究
Research on Recovering Oil Phase in High Viscosity Produced Water from Oil Field by Composite Fe3O4 Nano Material
【摘要】 高黏度油田采出水通常呈现乳浊液的状态,难以实现油水分离。本文采用共沉淀法制备Fe3O4纳米颗粒,在超声波辅助下将聚多巴胺(PDA)与纳米Fe3O4键合,制得Fe3O4/PDA复合材料,并采用FTIR、显微镜、物理吸附仪等表征。在交变磁场作用下,实现油田采出水破乳,达到油水分离的目的。并考察了Fe3O4/PDA复合材料稳定循环使用次数、交变磁场频率对回收油相效率的影响。结果表明,在极低磁场频率6.0 Hz下,所制备材料可稳定循环使用11次,为油田采出水重复利用和高附加值油相的回收利用提供了有效、便捷的方法。
【Abstract】 High viscosity produced water in oil fields is always in the state of emulsion,which makes it difficult to realize the separation of aqueous and oily phases.Nano-particle Fe3O4 was prepared by co-precipitation method.Polydopamine was bonded to the Fe3O4 nanoparticle with assistance of ultrasonics.FTIR,microscopies,physisorption were utilized to characterize the properties of Fe3O4/PDA composite material.The practical application was carried out to determine the separation efficiency and recycle time of the nanoparticle,whose results indicated that Fe3O4/PDA could break emulsification effectively and was reused for 11 times without decreasing the separation effect under the 6.0 Hz alternating magnetic field.It is concluded that Fe3O4/PDA could offer a valid,convenient and eco-friendly approach to processing the produced water and recovering the high-value oil in wastewater.
