【摘要】 针对目前高等教育的现状和人才需求的能力培养，教育部提出淘汰“水课”并打造“金课”教育教学目标，要求全面提高本科教育水平，培养出高质量人才，以适应完成强国目标的人才需求。本文基于OBE理念，结合于化学师范专业特色，确定了“以学生为中心，以成果为导向，注重能力的培养，教学相融”的新型学习模式，并对“金课”型有机化学的建设和改革进行研究和探讨。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the current situation of higher education and the training method of talent ability in China, the practicably educational goals that elimination of "water course" and creation of "gold course" had been proposed by Ministry of Education. In order to cultivate the talents to achieve the goal of build China’ s strength, the goals required to improve fully the level of the cultivation and train high-quality students in higher education. In this study, a learning model of "student-centered, results-oriented, ability cultivation and teaching integration" has been built by OBE concept, and puts forward corresponding strategies to improve the teaching contents, methods and learning evaluations, so as to promote the construction and development of the "golden course" of organic chemistry in chemical normal specialty.更多还原
