脱醚转晶方法对α-AlH3的影响

【摘要】 三氢化铝(AlH3)是一种理想的储氢材料。以氢化铝锂和氯化铝为原料,采用湿法化学法合成了三氢化铝醚合物,并通过3种不同方法对其进行脱醚转晶制备AlH3。通过X射线衍射仪、扫描电镜、同步热分析仪、红外光谱对3种方法制备的AlH3各项性能进行系统研究。研究表明,3种方法制备的产物晶型均以α型为主,产率均高于80%;化学结构相似,热分解性质相当;采用液体甲苯法制备的产物粒径相对较大,约为10μm,但纯度仅为90%。

【Abstract】 Aluminium trihydride (AlH3) is an ideal material for hydrogen storage.Aluminum hydride trihydride was synthesized by wet chemical method using lithium aluminum hydride and aluminum chloride as raw materials,and AlH3was prepared by de-etherization and crystal-form transition by three different methods.The properties of AlH3prepared by three methods were systematically studied by X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscope,synchronous thermal analyzer and infrared spectroscopy.The results show that the crystal forms of the products prepared by the three methods are mainly α forms,and the yields are higher than 80%.The chemical structures are similar,and the thermal decomposition properties are comparable.The liquid toluene method produces a relatively large particle size of about 10μm,but the purity is only 90%.
