基于LabVIEW的大型内外圆磨床监测系统研究

【摘要】 针对国内对于大型内外圆磨床运行状态表征手段较少的问题,以国产嵌入式控制器MT RobustRIO为硬件核心,基于LabVIEW开发了一套表征磨床整体运行状态的监测系统。可实现磨床运行时的振动、声发射、温度、流量、压力信号的实时采集、存储和分析功能。系统利用硬件端不同模块,结合生产者-消费者模式实现不同信号的实时同步采集,建立预警机制,超出阈值则发出报警信号,防止磨削烧伤等不良工况发生。通过磨床磨削和空运转实验验证了系统对磨床运行状态的表征功能。

【Abstract】 In order to solve the problem that there are few ways to represent the operating state of large internal and external cylindrical grinders in China.We use the domestic embedded controller MT RobustRIO as the hardware core, and use LabVIEW to develop a monitoring system to characterize the overall operating status of the grinding machine.The system can real-time acquisition, storage and analysis of vibration, acoustic emission, temperature, flow and pressure signals during grinding machine operation.It uses different modules on the hardware side and combines the producer-consumer mode to realize real-time synchronous acquisition of different signals in different rates, establishes a warning mechanism, sends out an alarm signal when the threshold is exceeded to prevent adverse conditions such as grinding burn.The characterization function of the system for the running state of the grinding machine is verified by the grinding and dry running experiments of the grinding machine.
