【摘要】 目的 探讨植入人工耳蜗患儿父母心理弹性现状并分析其影响因素。方法 采用便利抽样法，纳入2022年5月至2023年2月在湖南省长沙市喜来声康复中心已行植入人工耳蜗的儿童父母231例作为研究对象。采用亲职压力量表(parenting stress index-short form,PSI-SF)、心理弹性量表(connor-davidson resilience scale,CDRISC)、简易应对方式问卷(simplified coping style questionnaire,SCSQ)进行问卷调查。结果 植入人工耳蜗患儿父母的平均CD-RISC评分(55.63±16.11)分，职业、夫妻关系、家庭人均月收入、儿童耳蜗植入年龄、手术费用、术后时间、康复费用、机构康复时间、康复效果、亲职压力、积极应对是植入人工耳蜗患儿父母心理弹性的影响因素。植入人工耳蜗患儿父母心理弹性与亲职压力呈负相关，与积极应对呈正相关，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论 植入人工耳蜗患儿父母心理弹性水平低，社会公共卫生部门需关注无业、夫妻关系一般、家庭经济状况较差、耳蜗植入年龄>6岁、手术费用及康复费用高、术后时间<1年、机构康复时间长、对康复效果不满意的家庭，通过降低父母亲职压力，提高父母积极应对水平以提高其心理弹性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To report mental resilience in parents of children with cochlear implants and influencing factors. Methods parents of children who had received cochlear implant in Changsha Xilai Sound Rehabilitation Center in Hunan Province from May 2022 to February 2023(n=231) were selected as the study subjects by convenience sampling. The Parenting Stress Index-Short Form(PSI-SF), Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale(CD-RISC), and Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire(SCSQ) were completed. Results The CD-RISC score was(55.63±16.11)in these parents. Stratified regression analysis showed that occupation, relationship, monthly per capita household income, age of cochlear implantation, surgery cost, postoperative time, rehabilitation cost, rehabilitation duration,rehabilitation outcomes, parenting stress, and active coping were factors influencing mental resilience, which was negatively correlated with parenting stress and positively correlated with active coping(P<0.001). Conclusion Parents of children with cochlear implants have low levels of mental resilience. It is crucial for social and public health agencies to prioritize families facing unemployment, less than ideal spouse relationship, challenging economic circumstances,cochlear implantation after the age of 6, excessive financial burden related to surgery and rehabilitation, postoperative duration less than 1 year, extended rehabilitation period, and dissatisfaction with rehabilitation outcomes. Initiatives should focus on alleviating parental stress and enhancing positive coping strategies to bolster the mental resilience for these families.更多还原
