【Abstract】 Soft tissue sarcoma(STS) is a heterogeneous tumor that occurs in soft tissues and encompasses a wide range of histological subtypes. For locally advanced or metastatic STS, traditional treatments such as surgery and chemotherapy are often ineffective, highlighting the urgent need for the development of new therapeutic strategies.In recent years, immune checkpoint inhibitors(ICIs) have demonstrated significant antitumor activity in the treatment of advanced STS. Additionally, the development of targeted therapies has enhanced the precision of treatment, and the combination of targeted therapy with immunotherapy has opened new possibilities for the treatment of STS. The article reviews the latest advancements in the combined use of targeted therapy and immunotherapy in the treatment of STS.更多还原
