地震应急响应信息自动推送功能设计与实现
Design and Implementation of Automatic Pushing Function of Earthquake Emergency Response Information
【摘要】 为提高地震应急响应的时效性和应急信息服务能力,整合现有地震速报信息共享服务系统、快速评估系统、自动触发监控系统的功能,通过相关应用接口设计开发,实现了关联地震应急预案的地震应急响应信息自动提取与打包推送,确保应急人员第一时间获取所需的地震应急响应信息。相关功能在北京市本地化地震应急平台集成应用以来,在多次地震应急处置过程中提供了快速准确的信息服务,取得良好应用效果。
【Abstract】 To enhance the timeliness of earthquake emergency response and improve the efficiency of emergency information services,the functionalities of the existing Earthquake Instant Messenger,Rapid Assessment System,and Automatic Trigger Monitoring System have been integrated.This integration is achieved through the design and development of relevant application interfaces,enabling the automatic extraction and packaging of earthquake emergency response information in alignment with the earthquake emergency response plan.These advancements ensure that emergency personnel receive critical response information promptly.Since the implementation of this integrated application within the Beijing localized earthquake emergency response platform,it has provided fast and accurate information services during multiple earthquake emergencies,demonstrating significant practical value and achieving positive outcomes.
