无氟环保防油剂对防油纸性能的影响

【摘要】 本研究通过将无氟环保防油剂涂布到防油原纸上制备无氟环保防防油纸。研究了防油剂种类和涂布量对纸张防油等级的影响,重点分析了丙烯酸酯类防油剂涂布量、丙烯酸酯类防油剂复配淀粉单层涂布、淀粉和丙烯酸酯类防油剂双层涂布对纸张防油等级的影响。结果表明,丙烯酸酯类防油剂的防油效果优于淀粉、 CMC和纳米纤维,成本低于壳聚糖。在丙烯酸酯类防油剂涂布量为3.0 g/m~2时,纸张防油等级达到6级,在涂布量为5.5 g/m~2时,纸张防油等级达到12级。采用丙烯酸酯类防油剂复配淀粉进行单层涂布,在涂布量为3.0 g/m~2,m(丙烯酸酯类防油剂)∶m(淀粉)为1∶2时,纸张防油等级为6级;在涂布量为5.5 g/m~2,m(丙烯酸酯类防油剂)∶m(淀粉)为1∶1时,纸张防油等级为12级。采用淀粉和丙烯酸酯类防油剂进行双层涂布(第一层涂布淀粉,第二层涂布丙烯酸酯类防油剂),在涂布量为5.5 g/m~2,m(淀粉)∶m(丙烯酸酯类防油剂)为1∶1时,纸张防油等级达到12级;当m(淀粉)∶m(丙烯酸酯类防油剂)为4∶1时,纸张防油等级下降到6级。综合考虑,采用丙烯酸酯类防油剂复配淀粉进行单层涂布比采用淀粉和丙烯酸酯类防油剂进行双层涂布制备防油纸的成本更低。

【Abstract】 The oil proof base paper is coated with environmental fluorine free oil-proofing agent. This paper mainly studied the effects of the types and dosage of environmental oil-proofing agent on the properties of oil-proof paper. This paper also mainly studied the effect of the amount coating of acrylic acid oil-proofing agent on oil proof grade of oil-proof Paper. This paper also mainly studied the effect of oil-proofing agent mixed with acrylic and starch on oil proof grade. This paper also mainly studied the effect of double layer coating of starchandacrylic oil-proofing agent on oil proof grade. Food oil-proof Paper of this paper was degradable and did not contain fluorine oil-proof agent. Experimental results showed that oil proof gradeofacrylic acid environmental oil-proofing agent was better than that of starch, CMC and nanofibers.The cost of acid environmental oil-proofing agent is lower than that of chitosan. The oil proof grade of the paper was 6 when the amount coating of acrylic acid oil-proofing agent was 3. 0 g/m~2. The oil proof grade of the paper was 12 when the amount coating of acrylic acid oil-proofing agent was 5. 5 g/m~2. The use of oil-proofing agent mixed with acrylic and starch can reduce the production cost. When m(acrylic acid oil-proofing agent) ∶m(starch) was 1 ∶ 2 and the coating amount of oil-proof paper was 3. 0 g/m~2, the oil proof grade of the paper was 6.When m(acrylic acid oil-proofing agent) ∶m(starch) was 1 ∶ 1 and the coating amount of oil-proof paper was 5. 5 g/m~2, the oil proof grade of the paper was 12. The ratio of the starch quality of the first layer to the total coating amount affects the oil-proof grade of the greaseproof paper when starch and acrylic oil-proofing agent were double-coated. The oil proof grade of the paper was 12 when the m(starch) ∶m(acrylic acid oil-proofing agent) was 1 ∶ 1. The oil proof grade of the paper was 6 when the m(starch) ∶m(acrylic acid oil-proofing agent) was 4 ∶ 1. The first layer of starch coating could play an auxiliary role in the second layer of acrylic oil-proof coating. The double layer coating of starch and acrylic oil-proofing agent could reduce the total amount of acrylic oil-proofing agent, and ultimately reduce costs.
