绿色食品包装纸的开发及其阻隔性能研究
Research and Development of Green Food Packaging Paper and Its Barrier Properties
【摘要】 选用针叶木和阔叶木等可降解植物纤维材料为主要原料,制备绿色环保的食品包装用纸原纸,考察了纤维打浆度、针叶木与阔叶木纤维配比等因素对食品包装用纸原纸性能的影响,进一步研究了施胶、涂布和压光工艺对纸张抗水防油性能的影响。结果表明,打浆度80°SR的针叶木浆能明显降低纸张透气度,同时保证浆料的滤水性能,和打浆度60°SR的阔叶木浆按质量比60∶40混合后,纸张抗张强度、撕裂度较好,透气度较低;选择3%的烷基烯酮二聚体作浆内施胶剂,能使纸张抗水效果提升约80%;表面施胶和压光处理均不能给纸张提供防油效果,但纸张经丙烯酸乳液在4 g/m~2的涂布量下涂布处理后,纸张的抗水和防油效果得到显著增强。
【Abstract】 Biodegradable plant fiber materials, including softwood and hardwood, were chosen as the main raw materials for the preparation of green and environmentally friendly base paper for food packaging. The effects of fiber beating degree and the ratio of softwood to hardwood fibers on the properties of food packaging base paper were examined. The effects of sizing, coating and calendering processes on the water and oil resistance of paper were further investigated. The results showed that softwood wood pulp with a beating degree of 80 °SR could significantly reduce the air permeability of paper, while ensuring the water filtration properties of the pulp. When it was mixed with hardwood pulp with a beating degree of 60 °SR at a mass ratio of 60 ∶ 40, the paper had better tensile and tear strengths and lower air permeability. PAE with dosage of 3% was used as an in-pulp sizing agent, which improved the water resistance of the paper by about 80%. Neither surface sizing nor calendering provided oil resistance to the paper. However, the water and oil resistance of the paper was significantly enhanced after the paper was coated with the acrylic emulsion at a coating volume of 4 g/m~2.
