【摘要】 分析了酸性亚硫酸盐针叶木浆的打浆性能,并进一步研究了酸性亚硫酸盐针叶木浆对烘焙原纸紧度、透明度、强度、平滑度的影响,探究了酸性亚硫酸盐浆作为烘焙原纸纤维原料的可行性和优劣势。结果表明,酸性亚硫酸盐针叶木浆比硫酸盐针叶木浆节约近50%的打浆能耗,即当打浆度同为88.5°SR时,酸性亚硫酸盐针叶木浆的打浆时间是硫酸盐针叶木浆的59.3%;与由硫酸盐针叶木浆制备的烘焙原纸相比,由酸性亚硫酸盐针叶木浆制备的烘焙原纸紧度、透明度、平滑度处于同一水平,强度虽存在一定差距,但可以满足烘焙原纸的使用要求。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this study, the beating performance of acid sulfite softwood pulp was analyzed, and the effects of acid sulfite softwood pulp on the density, transparency, strength, and smoothness of baking base paper were further studied, and the feasibility and advantages and disadvantages of acid sulfite softwood pulp as raw materials for baking base paper fiber were explored. The experimental results showed that the acid sulfite softwood pulp saves nearly half of the energy consumption compared with kraft softwood pulp, and when the beating degree was the same as 88. 5 °SR, the beating time of acid sulfite softwood pulp was 59. 3% of that of kraft softwood pulp. Compared with the baking base paper prepared from kraft softwood pulp, the density, transparency, and smoothness of the baking base paper prepared by acid sulfite softwood pulp were at the same level, and although there was a certain gap in strength, it could meet the requirements of baking base paper.更多还原
