【摘要】 目的：探讨在卫生健康现代化背景下高水平研究型医院的建设方法与路径。方法：回顾分析浙江省肿瘤医院向“国际知名、国内标杆、患者首选的研究型肿瘤中心”愿景转型升级的过程，探索建设高水平研究型医院的方法。结果：浙江省肿瘤医院通过建立高标准的研究组织体系、引育高层次的研究型人才、打造高能级的科创平台、开展高水平的医学研究、实现高价值的成果转化、提供高品质的医疗服务、赋能高质量的健康产业，成功入选浙江省首批高水平研究型医院建设单位。结论：浙江省肿瘤医院高水平研究型医院建设取得初步成效，从建设路径中得出3点启示：院所融合是建设高水平研究型医院的机遇，完整的全链条式创新是建设高水平研究型医院的路径，创新人才是建设高水平研究型医院的关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore methods and approaches for building high-level research-oriented hospitals in the context of healthcare modernization.Methods:This study reviews the transformation process of Zhejiang Cancer Hospital toward its vision of becoming an "internationally renowned,domestically leading,and patient-preferred research-oriented cancer center," and explores the methods for constructing a high-level research-oriented hospital.Results:Zhejiang Cancer Hospital successfully became one of the first high-level research-oriented hospitals in Zhejiang Province by establishing a high-standard research organization system,attracting and cultivating top-tier research talents,building a high-capacity innovation platform,conducting high-level medical research,achieving high-value research translation,providing high-quality medical services,and empowering the high-quality healthcare industry.Conclusion:The construction of a high-level research-oriented hospital at Zhejiang Cancer Hospital has achieved initial success.Three insights from this process include:the integration of hospitals and research institutes presents an opportunity for building high-level research-oriented hospitals;a complete,full-chain innovation process is the path to building such hospitals;and innovative talent is key to their success.更多还原
