【摘要】 目的：构建重大突发公共卫生事件下中西医结合传染病护理核心能力指标体系，为传染病护理人才培养提供依据。方法：基于文献研究、灾害护理核心胜任力框架、研究小组讨论拟定重大突发公共卫生事件下中西医结合传染病护理核心能力指标体系框架，采用德尔菲法对31名专家进行2轮函询完善指标体系。结果：2轮专家函询回收率为93.5%、93.1%；专家权威系数为0.846 5、0.887；专家意见协调系数为0.378、0.403，差异均具有统计学意义（P<0.001）。最终形成重大突发公共卫生事件下中西医结合传染病护理核心能力指标体系包括公共卫生防控能力、职业防护能力、传染性疾病护理能力、急危重症护理能力、中医护理能力、应急应变能力、护理人文素养7个一级指标，18个二级指标，69个三级指标。结论：构建的重大突发公共卫生事件下中西医结合传染病护理核心能力指标体系具有较强的科学性和可靠性，可为传染病护理人才培养提供重要参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: Constructing the core competency index system of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine infectious disease nursing under major public health emergencies to provide a basis for infectious disease nursing personnel training. Methods: A draft of the index system was developed based on a literature review, core competency framework for disaster care, and research group discussion. The Delphi method was employed to conduct 2 rounds of consultations among 31 experts to measure the weight of each index.Results: The response rates of the two rounds of expert letter consultation were 93.5% and 93.1% respectively. The expert authority coefficients were 0.8465 and 0.887 respectively. Kendall’s coefficients of concordance were 0.378 and 0.403, and both were statistically significant(P < 0.001). The final index system includes public health prevention and control ability, occupational protection ability,infectious disease nursing ability, emergency and critical care ability, traditional Chinese medicine nursing ability, emergency responseability, and nursing humanistic quality seven primary indexes, 18 secondary indexes, and 69 tertiary indexes. Conclusion: The index system of integrated Traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing core competence of infectious disease under major public health emergencies is scientific and reliable, which can provide a reference for infectious disease personnel training in nursing colleges.更多还原
