【摘要】 目的：对区域前置审方系统在社区卫生服务中心的应用效果进行评价分析，为区域审方中心的推广提供参考。方法：通过区域前置审方系统，收集小昆山镇社区卫生服务中心2022年8月～2023年7月门诊全部处方，回顾性分析系统预审处方合格率变化、系统预审的处方问题构成情况和药师对问题处方的干预情况。结果：实施区域前置审方系统管理模式后，2022年8月～2023年7月小昆山社区卫生服务中心门诊处方合格率由首月的87.91%到第12个月上升到97.62%；提醒处方、警告处方与拦截处方数量呈逐步减少趋势；医生对药师的审方建议采纳率总体呈上升趋势，平均采纳率达95.41%。结论：以区域审方中心为支撑，在社区开展处方前置审核，同时整合松江区区域药学资源，更加有利于为全区患者提供同质化、高质量的处方审核服务，实现区域处方审核的实时有效管理，减少了不合格处方。区域前置审方系统可提高基层社区医疗机构的处方合格率和合理用药水平有借鉴价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate and analyze the application effects of the regional pre-review prescription system in community health service centers, so as to provide reference for the promotion of regional review prescription centers. Methods: Through the regional pre-review prescription system, all the outpatient prescriptions of Xiaokunshan Community Health Service Center from August 2022 to July 2023 were collected and the changes of the qualification rate of system initial review prescriptions, the composition of the problem prescription for system initial review, and the intervention of pharmacists on the problem prescription were retrospectively analyzed. Results: From August 2022 to July 2023, after implementing regional pre-review prescription system management mode, the outpatient prescription qualification rate of Xiaokunshan Community Health Service Center increased from 87.91% in the first month to 97.62% in the 12th month. The number of reminder prescription, warning prescription, and interception prescription showed a decreasing trend, and the adoption rate of pharmacist’s review opinions by doctors showed an increasing trend, and the average adoption rate reached 95.41%. Conclusion: Supported by the regional pre-review prescription center, prereview prescription is carried out in community and regional pharmaceutical resources in Songjiang District are integrated, which is more conducive to providing homogeneous and high-quality prescription review services for patients in the entire region, achieving real-time and effective management of regional pre-review prescription,and reducing unqualified prescriptions.
