【Abstract】 The trend in the development of modern world civilization and China’s historical circumstances have made the development of socialism, the promotion of modernization, and the realization of national rejuvenation major historical tasks for the Communist Party of China in advancing human civilization. The three significant achievements of the new form of human civilization, Socialism with Chinese Characteristics, Chinese modernization, and the irreversible great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation have created a new vision of modern human civilization through the triple transcendence of traditional socialist civilization, modern capitalist civilization, and traditional Chinese civilization. The organic unity of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics, Chinese modernization, and the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation has become the most distinctive feature of this new form of human civilization in the current era.
